 I have amazing groups on Mat and Reformer and I teach privates and duets sessions on Chair, Barrels and Cadillac. I am very experienced, extensively trained and a fully Certified STOTT PILATES®  Instructor.

BUT WHAT IS STOTT PILATES®?

This contemporary method of Pilates called STOTT PILATES® incorporates current models of exercise science and is established within medical communities, amongst professional sports and dance organizations and throughout the mainstream fitness world. This method is an anatomically based approach to the original exercises method pioneered by the founder of Pilates, Joseph Pilates.

There are three natural curves in a healthy spine. It is important to maintain this strong neutral alignment in these curves to assist with cushioning the spine from excessive stress or strain. In Pilates clienst are taught to stabilize the spine before each and every movement.

Improve your posture and body alignment

For anyone dealing with posture and body alignment related issues, Pilates has proven to be very beneficial and successful. Pilates exercises place the body in safe positions to improve alignment, strength and flexibility. With better body mechanics the exercises help to retrain muscle systems for more efficient body habits.
